Description
The Square EdgeZ Counterform is ideal for cast-in-place concrete countertops where a clean flat edge profile is desired.
FullPackage - includes eight - 90" profile pieces (60 linear feet) and eight- 90" backwall pieces (60 linear feet).
HalfPackage - includes four- 90" profile pieces (30 linear feet) and four- 90" backwall pieces (30 linear feet).
To use, place 1/2" cement board (Durock or Hardie Backer) on top of the cabinets. The cement board should be cut flush to the edge of the cabinets and held in place with silicon caulking. The forms will then be screwed into the cement board with a 5/8" x #10 panhead screw . After the concrete is poured, the forms are snapped off along the designated "break point" to reveal a beautiful clean edge.

Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3business days.Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will ship next business day.Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days(ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Please Call if you need a Saturday Delivery (this is a separate service). If expediting an order withForm Liners, Texture Mats, or Stamps, please call to check availability.
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.
- Canadianorders typically take 1 additional business day to process. Taxes, Duties, and Brokerage charges are already included in your order. There will be no additional charges before delivery.
- For orders outside the United States/Canada add items to cart and proceed to checkout, where shipping will be calculated automatically. UPS will collect the additional brokerage/duty/tax charges on delivery (typically around 20% of product value)

White Countertop Mix and Freight Shipments
- Freight orders will normally ship in 2-3business day.
- LTLFreight shipments to a residential addresses are curb side (end of driveway) deliveries. TheFreight company will contact you via phone number provided to schedule delivery window.
- Freight transit map can be viewed below. These times are to your local terminal and are a rough estimate only. The time until delivery can vary depending on your vicinity to the freight terminal and the terminals current volume.
- We do not ship White Countertop Mix outside the Lower 48 States and Canada. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and the Caribbean can arrange transport with a freight forwarder of their choosing. When checking out, please use freight forwarder's shipping address and include any necessary references. Our website will calculate shipping to your forwarder and then your forwarder will bill you for the remaining transportation charges. Return Policy
- Eligible returns are as follows: Unopened products within 90 days of customer receiving order. Must be inoriginal packaging andresellable conditionwhen product arives to Returns Department. Resellable condition means the entire SKU must be returned. We cannot accept returns, for instance, on Edge Packages wheresingular edge pieces or backwall pieces are missing. Partially returned SKUs will not be credited.All items subject to inspection before credit is issued.
- If items do not meet our return parameters, please feel free to post a resale listing on our forum or any other online marketplace!
- Customer must contact us by phone or email within 90 days of receiving order to open an RMA. Please emailinfo@concretecountertopsolutions.comyour order # and products you wish to return to initiate a RMA and receive further instructions.
- Customer is responsible for all standard shipping costs to return the products.
- We refund your money in the same way you originally paid less 10% fee for restocking. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- We process refunds within one week after receiving the returned products.
- Returned items must be sent UPS or FedEx. Improperly packaged items that incur damage may not be refunded. Any product that shows signs of use may also be denied.
Support Bracket Returns
- Same policy as above with a shortened 30 day return window.
Sink and Faucet Returns
- All sink, faucet and accessory sales are final. We are unable to take returns on these items at this time.
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and we will get it replaced.
