The fact that @Xfinity @comcastcares has not issued a statement regarding their nationwide outage, that is affected thousands of customers is shady as ****. My theory is that they’ve been hacked and that’s why they can’t give a definitive answer on when service will be restored

. @xfinity techs need to be prioritized for the vaccine. My tech, Chris Garner, is literally going into people’s homes and helping them fix their connectivity needs so that they can continue to safely work from home. To me, he and all other techs are front line essential workers.

@Xfinity my internet has been out since 1:00 this morning. I’d like to know what taking so long to fix the issue and why the time the issue is suppose to be fixed keeps changing? It went from 8am to 12pm to 4pm and now 8pm. This is unacceptable.
